About this role
Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Architect responsible for designing and governing Skechers' Consumer Data 360 ecosystem, enabling identity resolution, data quality, personalization, loyalty intelligence, and ML capabilities across digital and retail channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve Skechers' Consumer Data 360 architecture including identity resolution and unified customer profiles
- Architect scalable data models and pipelines across CDP, CRM, e-commerce, marketing automation, data lake, and warehouse platforms
- Establish enterprise data quality frameworks including validation, deduplication, anomaly detection, and observability
- Partner with Data Science teams to productionize models using Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow)
- Provide architectural oversight ensuring performance, scalability, resilience, and maintainability
Technical Overview
Full-stack data architecture with Salesforce Data Cloud and Databricks; data modeling, pipelines, identity resolution, data governance, and ML pipeline productionization; cloud platforms and compliance frameworks.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior data architect with 10+ years building enterprise data platforms in cloud environments, 6+ years Salesforce experience, and hands-on Databricks/ML pipelines experience, capable of leading data governance and identity resolution initiatives at scale.
