About this role
Salesforce Development Technical Manager (Direct Hire – Fully Remote with residency in IA or TX). Lead a technical Salesforce team to deliver robust, scalable solutions using APEX, LWC, and Salesforce declarative tools across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud in multi-org environments.

- Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers
- Develop scalable solutions using APEX, LWC
- Architect features across Sales/Service/Experience Cloud
- Guide best practices, code reviews
- Oversee DevOps, deployments, and documentation
Technical Overview
Hands-on Salesforce development with APEX and LWC; architecting features across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud; overseeing DevOps, deployment, and documentation across projects; familiarity with Data Cloud, Platform Event Architecture, and data governance.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a Salesforce development leader with 10+ years of experience, hands-on expertise in APEX and LWC, and the ability to guide a technical team through multi-org deployments across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. Strong DevOps practices and strategic advisory skills are required.
