About this role
Serve as a senior technical leader and trusted advisor shaping Molson Coors' Commercial Salesforce technology landscape. You will define and guide the architecture for Salesforce solutions supporting sales, service, and marketing across multiple Salesforce clouds and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Salesforce based solutions aligned to enterprise architecture standards and strategy
- Lead solution design sessions, hands on proof-of-concept efforts, and design reviews
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Partner with product management and coach product owners and technical delivery teams
- Evaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities to improve customer experience and reduce technical debt
Technical Overview
The role is Salesforce-focused architecture and solution development, covering Sales Cloud, CG Cloud, Field Service Lightning, B2B, and Experience Cloud. Responsibilities include leading design sessions, running proof-of-concepts, establishing best practices, and partnering with Agile delivery teams to deliver secure, scalable, high-performing, integrated enterprise-class solutions.

The ideal candidate is a senior Salesforce solution architect who has designed secure, scalable Salesforce solutions for sales, service, and marketing outcomes. They have led solution design sessions and hands-on proof-of-concepts across Sales Cloud, CG Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Experience Cloud, working closely with product management and Agile delivery teams.
