Trackforce is hiring a Salesforce Systems Administrator (US Remote) to own and manage the entire Go-to-Market (GTM) technology stack as a sole contributor. The role covers Salesforce administration, system integrations, workflow automation, and continuous optimization for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps.

  • Serve as the sole Salesforce administrator for access, security, and configuration
  • Configure and automate Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts
  • Integrate Salesforce with GTM tools (Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, DealHub, HubSpot)
  • Own API connections, data syncs, and automation workflows using Workato
  • Implement automation for Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash (QTC), and territory management; ensure data integrity via validation, deduplication, and enrichment

Manage Salesforce security and configuration (objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts) and troubleshoot performance/data issues. Build and maintain integrations with Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, DealHub, HubSpot, and operate Workato automation workflows for API connections and data syncs, while supporting Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash (QTC), and territory management processes.

The ideal candidate is a Salesforce Administrator who can operate as the sole owner of the Go-to-Market (GTM) technology stack. They have strong Salesforce customization and automation experience, hands-on integration work with Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, DealHub, and HubSpot, plus Workato-based API connections and data sync workflows.
