About this role
Kyra Solutions is hiring a Salesforce Tech Lead to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions for government stakeholders. The role owns end-to-end delivery, mentors offshore teams, runs discovery and POC efforts, and provides architectural guidance while performing hands-on Salesforce development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of Salesforce solutions
- Drive end-to-end project execution (planning through deployment)
- Mentor offshore development teams and ensure deliverable quality
- Serve as primary technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and deliver product demos with architectural guidance
Technical Overview
Hands-on Salesforce engineering with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex), and Salesforce Flows, along with Aura framework and Visualforce. The role also involves OmniStudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) and potentially Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a Salesforce technical leader who has led end-to-end design and delivery of Salesforce solutions aligned to business requirements. They are hands-on with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex (including Batch Apex), Salesforce Flows, and can provide architectural guidance while mentoring offshore development teams. Experience with Aura framework and Visualforce is required, with OmniStudio and Service Cloud/Experience Cloud as strong advantages.
