Senior SAP Business One leader responsible for end-to-end ownership of the global SAP B1 landscape, driving governance, compliance, and rollout of enhancements across regions in a remote US-based role.
Key Responsibilities
- Own global SAP B1 operations
- Lead SAP B1 support and governance with AMS partners
- Serve as IT Control Owner for SAP B1 (SOX/ITGC)
- Drive implementations and global rollouts with third-party partners
- Build and lead the SAP B1 team
Technical Overview
Global SAP B1 operations with hands-on experience in SAP B1 modules, configurations, integrations, ITGCs, and SOX compliance; leading AMS partners and driving global rollouts.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior SAP B1 leader with global multi-instance experience, strong governance and SOX/ITGC controls, and a proven ability to own and drive a global SAP B1 program in a fully remote, US-based role.
Must-Have Skills
Proven senior-level experience owning and managing SAP Business One in a globalmulti-instance environmentincluding hands-on expertise with key SAP B1 modulesconfigurationsintegrationsand operational support.Demonstrated background leading or overseeing ERP implementations and working effectively with third-party implementation and AMS partners to deliver on scopetimelinesand quality.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillswith a track record of managing complex functional and technical issues and driving sustainablemetrics-driven improvements.Experience with SOX complianceIT General Controls (ITGCs)and audit support (e.g.walkthroughsevidence collectionremediation) is strongly preferred.Excellent communication and organizational skillswith the ability to collaborate effectively across ITFinanceAuditand diverse business teamsand to translate business needs into system solutions.Experience leading or mentoring functional or technical team members in an ERP or financial systems environmentwith the ability to set prioritiesassign ownershipand ensure consistent execution in a fast-pacedevolving setting.Ability to work remotely within the United States and travel periodically for key project milestones and in-person team collaboration.
