About this role
Lead regional sales and channel development for Fox Blocks Insulated Concrete Forms in an assigned territory. Drive growth through dealer/distributor/contractor relationships and technical product education while collaborating cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute regional sales strategy
- Build and grow relationships with dealers, distributors, and contractors
- Meet or exceed sales targets through territory planning
- Promote and educate customers on Fox Blocks products via samples, materials, and jobsite visits
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and customer service to align delivery timelines
Technical Overview
Non-technical; focus on B2B sales, territory expansion, CRM tracking, forecasting, and channel enablement in construction materials.

The ideal candidate is an experienced regional sales leader with 3+ years managing a construction materials territory, strong channel development skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets while working remotely.
