SCADA Programming Technician responsible for developing, programming, and maintaining control systems for pipeline/terminal operations. The role focuses on PLC programming, field HMIs, field communication network setup, and SAT/PLC programming support using SCADA software and networking equipment.

Technical Overview
Designs control systems for pipeline/terminal control, programs PLCs for windows based software, and maintains PLCs and field HMIs. Sets up network structures for field communication, performs communication testing, and maintains SCADA software including Wonderware Intouch, ClearSCADA, Telvent OaSys DNA, plus related tools such as Top Tech and Telvent Guardian with VSAT and Juniper equipment.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a technician with 3+ years of on-the-job PLC programming and SCADA experience supporting pipeline/terminal control systems. They have hands-on familiarity with field HMIs and communications testing using VSAT and Juniper networking, plus direct experience with Telvent OaSys DNA, Wonderware Intouch, and ClearSCADA.
