This entry-level Scheduler role supports project teams by developing and updating engineering and construction schedules. You will build resource loaded schedules, maintain critical path logic, assess impacts of design changes and slippages, and provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders.

  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, designers, procurement, and construction managers to plan and schedule projects from conceptual planning through engineering and construction
  • Develop resource loaded schedules including activities, milestones, critical approvals, and long lead procurement items
  • Develop schedule logic and constraints with realistic activity durations and available manpower/resources
  • Assess impacts of design changes and schedule slippages and inform management and clients of schedule updates
  • Maintain critical path logic networks and use historical data for realistic future planning and forecasting

The work is focused on project scheduling and project controls—developing resource loaded schedules with activity lists, milestones, approvals, and long lead procurement items. You will apply schedule logic and constraints, manage critical path logic networks, and use historical data to support realistic planning and forecasting.

The ideal candidate is an entry-level scheduler / project controls professional who can build and update engineering and construction schedules for complex energy projects. They are comfortable working with project managers, engineers, procurement, and construction teams to maintain realistic schedules using critical path logic and historical data.
