Scheduler - Electrical Construction

This role is responsible for planning and scheduling activities for infrastructure projects, from conceptual planning through engineering and construction. You will develop baseline and resource loaded schedules, analyze impacts using Time Impact Analysis, and maintain ongoing schedule reporting and forecasts.

• Work with project managers and engineers to develop detailed planning and scheduling from conceptual planning through construction
• Develop and maintain resource loaded schedules and critical deliverables
• Create schedule logic and realistic activity durations
• Perform Time Impact Analysis and assess impacts of design changes and schedule slippages
• Prepare schedule narratives and analyze schedule performance and forecast

Technical work focuses on creating and maintaining schedule models in Primavera P6, including baseline schedule development, schedule logic and activity duration development, and critical path logic network maintenance. You will analyze manpower/resources, track long lead procurement items, and produce schedule narrative reports and forecast updates.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level construction scheduler with 3+ years of construction scheduling experience on heavy civil, water/waste water, or transit projects. They are proficient with Primavera P6 and can build and maintain resource loaded baseline schedules, run Time Impact Analysis, and produce schedule narratives and performance/forecast reporting.
