Independently investigate scientific questions by designing, executing, and interpreting critical experiments. Optimize lab methods through new protocols, read and apply scientific literature, and communicate findings through scientific writing, presentations, publications, and patents.

Technical Overview
Hands-on scientific execution with mastery of a broad set of experimental techniques and strong data analysis. Expected to adapt experimental plans, implement new experimental protocols, meet timelines, and contribute to publications and patents using lab and potentially pilot plant based activities.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a BS or MS scientist with 5+ years (MS) or 7+ years (BS) experience who can independently design, execute, and interpret critical experiments. They demonstrate rapid mastery of new experimental techniques, implement new protocols, and communicate results through scientific writing, presentations, and contributions to publications and patents. They consistently meet experimental timelines and apply scientific literature to project needs.
