Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize mRNA purification processes using chromatography on AKTA systems
Perform IVT, purification, and characterization of mRNA
Establish high-throughput IVT and purification methods using liquid handling systems
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance RNA platform
Communicate progress through presentations and reports

Technical Overview

Hands-on RNA biology with expertise in IVT, chromatography-based purification on AKTA systems; experience with high-throughput methods and automation; cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a scientist with 5+ years of molecular biology/biochemistry experience, proficient in RNA purification and IVT, and experienced in mRNA platforms.
