About this role
This dual-role position combines Scrum Master responsibilities with lead QA/engineering quality assurance. You will facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, oversee functional/regression/integration/performance testing, and mentor junior QA engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and act as a servant leader
- Oversee functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts using AI tools
- Perform debugging and root cause analysis for software defects
- Mentor junior QA engineers and manage stakeholder communication
Technical Overview
The technical scope is QA leadership across the Software Development lifecycle, including designing test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on Software Architectures and Software Design specifications. The role emphasizes debugging and root cause analysis, plus leveraging AI tools and UI tools to improve test coverage and execution efficiency.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a Lead QA/Scrum Master with proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and serving as a servant leader for a Scrum team. They have extensive experience in software testing (functional, regression, integration, performance), strong debugging and root cause analysis skills, and can mentor junior QA engineers while translating software architectures/design into comprehensive test plans using AI tools.
