About this role

Provide content-specific professional development, training, and guidance for K-12 educators on integrating digital solutions. Deliver workshops virtually or onsite, develop assessments, and help teachers personalize learning at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver workshops and sessions to teachers on integrating digital solutions into curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices
  • Develop and modify student individualized learning paths, design classroom assessments, and run assessment reports
  • Deliver fee-based, engaging, small and large group presentations
  • Conduct virtual webinars or onsite training as requested
  • Collaborate with district staff to implement digital solutions

Technical Overview

Focus on blended and online learning delivery, instructional design, and classroom assessment practices; use webinars and remote training tools to reach educators.

Ideal Candidate

An experienced educator with 2+ years delivering professional development and strong virtual/remote presentation skills. Ideally has teaching certification and can travel during peak season to deliver workshops and trainings across districts.

Must-Have Skills

A bachelor’s degree (graduate degree preferred) and at least 2 years of experience delivering successful professional developmenttrainingand/or consulting servicesCurrent or past teaching certification and experience in an educational environment is strongly preferredAbility to work remotely and independentlyHighly motivatedwith demonstrated excellent verbal and written communicationpresentationand problem-solving skillsSelf-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
