About this role
Identity and Access Management Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise IAM solutions with Okta/SailPoint, SSO, and lifecycle management; remote with India location.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage IAM solutions using Okta and SailPoint (IIQ / IdentityNow)
- Configure and support SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC) integrations
- Manage Identity Lifecycle (Joiner–Mover–Leaver) processes
- Design and maintain RBAC models and access policies
- Integrate IAM with applications and HR systems
Technical Overview
Focus on IAM design, integration with directories HR systems, scripting for automation, and compliance with SOX / SOC 2 / ISO 27001 audits; remote work.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an IAM engineer with strong hands-on Okta/SailPoint experience, deep knowledge of SSO, MFA, and OIDC, and hands-on scripting (Python/PowerShell). They should be comfortable working in a remote environment, interacting with stakeholders, and delivering automation and integration work for enterprise IAM.
