About this role
This role leads Amazon Security and Loss Prevention (S&LP) efforts across assigned operational business units, delivering security as a service. You investigate theft, fraud, and critical incidents, identify vulnerabilities via data and root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement while keeping site leadership informed.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify vulnerabilities and perform root cause analysis using data to define mitigating actions
- Monitor and report outcomes from systems and tools
- Manage confidential investigations and produce prompt reports for theft, fraud, and workplace violence/critical incidents
- Conduct physical security audits and investigate policy violations and loss events
- Serve as security/crisis management subject matter expert liaison to site leadership and drive continuous improvement

It also requires coordinating incident response planning, crisis management, and maintaining system functionality with subject matter experts and external suppliers.
