About this role

Provide frontline information security support including penetration testing, threat monitoring, and security policy compliance. Conduct application security reviews, recommend remediation, and support security during events impacting tier one customer-facing services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide frontline support for information security issues, including penetration testing
Conduct application security reviews and recommend solutions
Monitor and respond to emerging threats and support tier one events
Identify and troubleshoot recurring issues and escalate appropriately
Contribute to development of information security policies and process

Technical Overview

Work across application and infrastructure security with responsibilities spanning penetration testing, threat modeling, source code review, and vulnerability remediation. Use runtime and static vulnerability testing tools and contribute to developing exploits as needed for vulnerability validation.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level security engineer with 1+ year of application and infrastructure information security experience. They have hands-on penetration testing and threat modeling experience, including source code review and remediation of system security vulnerabilities.
