About this role
Security Manager will lead physical security operations across mobility regions, develop security strategies, manage teams and vendors, and coordinate incident response and crisis management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional security strategies aligned with global security and risk management frameworks
- Lead and manage regional security teams and vendors, ensuring performance and compliance
- Oversee physical security operations across offices, sites, and facilities within the assigned region
- Lead investigations into security incidents and coordinate emergency response
- Collaborate with Facilities, HR, Legal, and IT to integrate security into business operations
Technical Overview
Focus on physical security systems (access control, CCTV, alarms), security governance, risk assessments, and cross-functional collaboration with Facilities/HR/Legal/IT; includes travel and incident investigations
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior security professional with 7+ years of experience leading multisite physical security programs, strong vendor management, and proven incident response capabilities. They should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and be capable of regional travel and emergency readiness.
