Entergy seeks a Security & NERC Reliability Analyst III - Sr. Lead to support NERC CIP/O&P compliance, regulator-facing activities, and governance across CSO security programs.

- Regulator-facing activities and self-reporting; end-to-end readiness for audits; maintain compliance processes; CSO dashboards and KPIs; GRC administration
Technical Overview
Focus on NERC CIP/O&P compliance, GRC tooling (Archer GRC), analytics (Power BI), and regulatory reporting; requires cross-functional collaboration and evidence-driven processes.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-senior level GRC analyst with 4+ years in NERC CIP/O&P compliance, strong skills in governance reporting and audit support, and hands-on experience with Archer GRC and Power BI in an energy utility setting.
Must-Have Skills
Working knowledge of NERC Reliability Standards (CIP and/or O&P) and security practices4+ years of relevant experience in compliancesecurityregulatory supportauditingor similar operational programsProficiency with GRC and analytics platforms (e.g.Archer GRCPower BI)
