Hybrid Security Operations Technician responsible for applying OS security patches to mission-critical systems (Windows/Linux/VMware) and ensuring systems stay secure and available, with direct customer reporting and maintenance coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Verify and apply security patches and updates for Windows and Linux based operating systems, VMware solutions, and other technologies
Troubleshoot system and network issues that result from updates
Work directly with customers to provide reporting and status of updates
Communicate relevant patch information with customers and other teams
Coordinate with Motorola and customers for scheduled maintenance
