About this role

Security Program Manager leads the design, installation, and operation of AWS data center physical security programs. Manages projects from construction through retrofit, oversees vendor relationships and budgeting, and ensures compliance with security standards across data centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project management for physical security systems related to new construction, expansion, and retrofit projects
  • Preparation of physical security project lifecycle management including bid packages, specifications, drawings, code compliance, vendor management, budget, change orders, and close-out documentation
  • SME support for leadership on technology and procedures
  • Manage vendor onboarding, RFQ, bid, contract, QA/QC
  • Collaborate across teams to meet security standards

Technical Overview

Focused on physical security systems (Access Control, Intrusion Detection, CCTV), with AutoCAD and Lenel expertise; manages budgets, RFQ/bid processes, and construction management across multiple facilities.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a security-focused program manager with experience in physical security design and implementation of access control, intrusion detection, CCTV; strong communication; able to manage cross-functional teams across geographies; certification preferred.
