Key Responsibilities

Own revenue performance across assigned accounts and branches, drive increased financing adoption and revenue growth
Create strategic account plans to drive satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value
Engage decision-makers (office managers to C-level executives and owner-operators)
Collaborate with lender operations, sales, product, and engineering to ensure service standards and smooth onboarding
Support new customer accounts and ensure seamless transition into long-term success
