Senior account manager for promotional products managing top tech clients and multi-year campaigns; hybrid/remote flexible in Bay Area; responsible for driving revenue and strategic client plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Be primary point of contact for largest tech clients
- Project manage orders from quotes to delivery
- Develop and execute strategic customer plans
- Manage annual book of business and multi-year programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Technical Overview
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and CRM (NetSuite) for large corporate accounts; creative tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) for client-ready decks; cross-functional collaboration
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of senior account management experience with large corporate clients and a proven ability to manage a multi-million-dollar book of business in the promotional products space, plus experience with Shopify, NetSuite CRM, and e-commerce projects. They excel at presenting strategic recommendations and driving long-term, relationship-based growth.
