About this role
This role helps Amazon Selling Partners grow by developing and executing tailored growth plans and leading business reviews. You will drive adoption of key Amazon growth programs and use data to identify opportunities, recommend optimizations, and support measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth plans for a portfolio of strategic Selling Partners
- Conduct business reviews analyzing performance metrics and recommending optimizations
- Lead growth consultations with senior decision makers to align Amazon programs to seller goals
- Drive adoption of advanced growth programs including Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content, Deals
- Analyze complex data sets and maintain forecasting and account documentation within Salesforce
Technical Overview
The technical aspect centers on data analysis for seller performance and structured reporting/recordkeeping within Salesforce. Program execution includes guiding sellers through Amazon advertising and brand enablement offerings such as Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Amazon Brand Registry, and A+ Content.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an Account Growth Representative (AGR III) who has experience driving growth for strategic Amazon Selling Partners during their first months of selling. They are strong in ecommerce and brand building, can run business reviews based on performance metrics, and can translate data insights into action plans. They also have hands-on program adoption experience across Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content, and Deals, with accurate forecasting and documentation in Salesforce.
