Responsible for comprehensive accounting functions for the Roofing and Stone business, including monthly close, reporting, and analysis. Works independently, partners with auditors, and supports internal management reporting and cost reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Support and perform detailed accounting tasks associated with monthly close for Roofing and Stone
Prepare journal entries and monthly accruals
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and trial balance review
Support internal management reporting (monthly & quarterly) and audit data requests
Ensure SOX process control compliance and apply technical accounting pronouncements

Supports quarterly reporting packages, audit data requests, inventory valuation (E&O, LCM), and capital project accounting support.
