About this role

First Due seeks a Senior Accounting Manager to architect scalable accounting infrastructure during a period of hypergrowth. You will own the month-end close process, act as the finance system owner across NetSuite and related platforms, and lead corporate compliance including multi-state requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Own NetSuite and finance systems configuration and optimization, Lead automated Procure-to-Close (P2C) processes across the stack, Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close end to end, Build automated workflows for AP, expenses, revenue recognition, and reconciliations, Manage multi-state corporate compliance and partner with cross-functional leaders

Technical Overview

Serve as finance system owner for an automated Procure-to-Close (P2C) ecosystem spanning NetSuite, Ramp, and Navan. Design automated workflows for accounts payable, expense management, revenue recognition, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations, and partner with Data/Engineering on data pipelines between financial systems and broader data infrastructure.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior accounting leader who has owned month-end close end to end and served as a finance systems owner for NetSuite-based stacks. They have built or improved Procure-to-Close (P2C) automation across accounts payable, expense management, revenue recognition, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations. They also manage multi-state corporate compliance and collaborate with Data/Engineering to deliver reliable data pipelines for reporting.
