Senior Advanced Programs Security Manager

Lead advanced programs security for highly complex, classified programs within GE Aerospace’s Edison Works business. Oversee Primary CSSO and Lead CSSO responsibilities and integrate multiple security disciplines to ensure compliance, mission readiness, and secure program execution.

• Lead Advanced Programs Security for highly complex, classified programs
• Oversee the Primary CSSO and Lead CSSO and provide authoritative guidance on governing requirements
• Integrate and oversee cross-functional security disciplines including Industrial Security, SAP/SAR, SCI, Physical/Technical Security, Cybersecurity, Insider Threat, OPSEC, and Export/ITAR
• Partner with U.S. Government customers and executive stakeholders to shape security strategy and mitigate risk
• Ensure secure, compliant, and mission-ready execution across development, test, and operations

The role integrates industrial security, SAP/SAR, SCI, physical/technical security, cybersecurity, insider threat, OPSEC, and export/ITAR controls. You will provide authoritative guidance on NISPOM/32 CFR Part 117 and DoDM 5205.07 series, and manage security across personnel, facilities, information systems, and operations in a development/test environment.

The ideal candidate is a senior security manager with experience leading advanced programs security for highly complex classified programs. They have authoritative knowledge of NISPOM/32 CFR Part 117 and DoDM 5205.07 series, and can oversee Primary CSSO and Lead CSSO functions across personnel, facilities, information systems, and operations security. They partner effectively with program management, engineering, IT, supply chain, quality, and U.S. Government/Intelligence Community stakeholders to shape security strategy, mitigate risk, and enable mission-ready execution.
