About this role
The Senior Advisor partners with the Principal Advisor across presales and delivery for Enterprise Service Management. The role focuses on enterprise solutions and architecture, including discovery facilitation, proposal development, and delivery governance for complex engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise presales activities including discovery facilitation and solution shaping
- Author SoW/proposals and manage risk/commercial governance
- Govern complex multi-workstream delivery using RAID, change control, and quality assurance
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure scope, quality, and risks
- Support operating model design and organizational change methods
Technical Overview
The technical scope includes governing enterprise programs across discovery, design, build, transition, and operate phases using an ES delivery methodology. It emphasizes architecture and delivery governance practices such as RAID, change control, and quality assurance in multi-workstream customer engagements.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior technology consulting professional with 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and delivery leadership across complex, multi-workstream programs. They excel in presales (discovery facilitation, solution shaping, estimation, SoW/proposal authorship) and strong delivery governance using RAID, change control, and quality assurance alongside PMO.
