Senior Advisor II, AI/ML Engineer leads complex AI initiatives, develops and deploys ML models and autonomous agents, and integrates AI with enterprise platforms and multi-cloud environments to improve operations and decision making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver digital transformation programs, applying agile, design thinking, and AI/ML expertise
Develop and deploy ML models and autonomous agents
Integrate AI systems with SAP, APIs, and cloud environments
Direct project planning, requirements management, and cross-functional alignment
Oversee agent safety, testing, and optimization

Technical Overview

Technical scope includes TensorFlow/PyTorch ML development, LLM tooling (LangChain, LlamaIndex), RAG, vector databases, and production-grade MLOps with Docker and MLflow across Azure/AWS.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced AI/ML engineer with 3+ years building ML models and autonomous systems, strong experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch and LLM tooling (LangChain, LlamaIndex), and hands-on MLOps across multi-cloud environments. They should be capable of leading AI initiatives, collaborating with enterprise platforms like SAP, and delivering scalable intelligent solutions.
