Senior AI SME to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI/ML solutions in a DoD enterprise environment, focusing on HR/payroll automation and mission-critical processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions
- Architect and implement Generative AI technologies (OCI Gen AI APIs, LLMs, RAG-based architectures, Model Context Protocol)
- Embed AI into DevSecOps pipelines and CI/CD workflows
- Build AI-driven training agents and chatbots for HR/payroll
- Leverage Oracle APEX for rapid prototyping
Technical Overview
Scope includes Generative AI technologies (OCI Gen AI APIs, LLMs, ReTRIEval-augmented architectures), Model Context Protocol integration, DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD, and Oracle APEX prototyping with Kibana analytics while ensuring DoD security standards.

The ideal candidate is a senior AI/ML professional with hands-on experience delivering Generative AI solutions in large-scale DoD environments, comfortable embedding AI into DevSecOps pipelines, and guiding cross-functional teams on compliance with DoD data and security standards.
