About this role
Senior Analyst, Compliance will support regulatory reporting, internal audit processes, and claims data analysis within Acrisure's claims function, ensuring adherence to state and regulatory requirements while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support state reporting requirements and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Review and audit third party administrator (TPA) claims for accuracy, compliance, and quality
- Conduct internal quality assurance (QA) claims audits and document findings
- Analyze claims data and reporting metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Prepare, review, and submit responses to regulatory reporting agencies
Technical Overview
Focus on Excel reporting and data analysis for regulatory and audit purposes; collaborate with internal teams and external partners to monitor compliance and improve processes; manage audit findings and corrective actions.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior level compliance professional with 3+ years in regulated environments, strong Excel and data analysis skills, and experience supporting audits and regulatory reporting.
