About this role
Senior Analyst - International Tax will perform international income tax functions, including compliance and quarterly/annual income tax provision aspects. The role includes preparing key international inclusions/deductions calculations and supporting Pillar Two modeling and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare US International inclusions and deductions calculations (E&P, Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, FTC) for quarterly provision and annual compliance
- Assist with tax planning projects
- Support Pillar Two modeling and compliance
- Prepare and maintain tax basis calculations
- Collect and maintain relevant data for income tax calculations
Technical Overview
Core work involves international tax provision and compliance calculations using US tax concepts (E&P, Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, FTC) and maintaining tax basis calculations. The environment emphasizes US GAAP accounting, tax research, and strong Excel-based reporting, with preferred exposure to SAP, Onestream, and power query/ETL tools.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior analyst with 3+ years of corporate income tax experience, strong US GAAP accounting knowledge, and practical tax research skills. They have handled international tax provision work (quarterly and annual), including calculations involving E&P, Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, and FTC, and can support Pillar Two modeling and compliance. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and exposure to tools like SAP or Onestream is preferred.
