Senior Analyst, Master Data governs GXO's financial systems and master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency; manages Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Projects master data; drives data governance and process harmonization across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as system administrator for Oracle Cloud ERP and manage Oracle Projects master data
  • Own and execute ServiceNow processes, including request fulfillment and continuous process improvement
  • Maintain financial system and master data controls, policies, and best practices
  • Monitor SLAs and provide analytical support to track performance and drive improvements
  • Develop and maintain global process documentation and champion data accuracy and governance
