Senior Analyst, Master Data at GXO Governance is responsible for administering Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Projects, ensuring data accuracy and standardization across GXO. Key Responsibilities

Serve as system administrator for Oracle Cloud and manage Oracle Projects master data, ensuring data accuracy, standardization, and maintenance
Own and execute ServiceNow processes, including request fulfillment, form maintenance, and continuous process improvement
Maintain and enforce financial system and master data controls, policies, and best practices
Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and provide analytical support to track performance and drive improvements
Develop and maintain global process documentation, standard operating procedures, and job aids

Technical Overview

Focus includes Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Projects, plus optional systems such as ServiceNow, HFM, Lucernex, Blackline, and Oracle EPBCS. Responsibilities cover data governance, SLA monitoring, and global process documentation.
