Senior Analyst Schedule Reliability & Optimization develops analytics to predict on-time performance, builds optimization models for proposed schedules, and produces dashboards and reports to support operational decisions in JetBlue's schedule planning.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and utilize analytical tools to predict on-time performance of flight schedules proposed
Aid in optimization of proposed schedules for on-time performance
Analyze impact of schedule changes and investments on performance
Produce and maintain monthly dashboards and reporting
Communicate performance trends to senior leadership

Technical Overview

Uses SQL, Python or R for data analysis; builds dashboards with Tableau/Spotfire; analyzes aviation data including flight schedules and block times; communicates with leadership using PowerPoint.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior data analyst with 3+ years of analytics experience, strong SQL/Python/R skills, and a track record of building dashboards for aviation schedule reliability and block-time modeling.
