About this role

The Senior Analyst - Tech Ops Analytics turns data into information and insights to drive maintenance planning, supply chain, and aircraft engineering decisions. The role involves building analytics, dashboards, and predictive models and presenting findings to organizational leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Mine data, identify key issues, apply rigorous statistical analysis, and present findings to stakeholders and organizational leaders
Review existing reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to modify, enhance, and develop new reports
Extract data from a variety of sources for use in analysis and models; complete ad-hoc reporting and data analysis
Develop statistical models to improve forecasts, labor efficiency, operational metrics, etc.
Prepare and deliver presentations on operational performance to organizational leaders

Technical Overview

Stack includes SQL, Python, R, and SAS; BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Spotfire; relational databases (Teradata, Oracle, MySQL); strong data visualization and statistical modeling capabilities.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior analytics professional with 3+ years of analytics experience, proficient in SQL, Python, R, SAS, and BI tools; skilled at translating data into executive-level dashboards and insights, preferably with airline/healthcare domain exposure.
