About this role

Senior API Management Architect to shape Fiserv's global API management and integration environment, design and deploy API proxies, and oversee API onboarding and lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver API management solutions using Apigee Edge/X/Hybrid
Design API specifications and proxies with policies in Java/JavaScript/Node.js/Python
Configure Apigee platform (keystores, trust stores, KVMs)
Implement API security, analytics, throttling, caching, logging
Build microservices (Java/Spring or Node.js) to support API mgmt solutions

Technical Overview

Hands-on with Apigee X/Edge/Hybrid, API design, microservices (Java/Spring, Node.js), and policy implementation; strong CI/CD automation and cloud platform familiarity (GCP/AWS/Azure).

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior API management architect with 6+ years of Apigee/API Management experience, hands-on with Apigee X/Edge/Hybrid, strong API design and security, and experience delivering CI/CD for proxies and microservices.
