About this role
Serve as a hands-on Solutions Architect for Applied AI Acceleration, helping customers adopt Amazon Connect AI capabilities. Lead technical discovery, perform customer data readiness assessments, and enable customers to progress from proof-of-concept to pre-production by ensuring their data systems are AI-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand business requirements and AI readiness
- Assess, prepare, and structure customer data assets for AI agents
- Identify data gaps and establish data pipelines for AI readiness
- Ensure knowledge bases, CRMs, and backend systems are AI-ready before agents go live
- Help customers move from proof-of-concept to pre-production for Amazon Connect deployments
