Senior Associate, Data Scientist

As a Senior Associate, Data Scientist, you will support end-to-end development of NLP and machine learning models, including LLM-based solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products and translate complex modeling work into business outcomes.

• Support development of natural language processing and machine learning models through design, training, evaluation, validation, and implementation
• Apply open source large language models (LLMs) using prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and evaluation metric frameworks
• Partner with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, business analysts, product managers) to deliver AI-powered HR tools
• Leverage Python, SQL, AWS, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, VectorDBs, Pytorch/TensorFlow to extract insights from large numeric and textual datasets
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex data science work into business outcomes

The role focuses on developing and operationalizing NLP/ML models through training, evaluation, validation, and implementation. The ideal candidate is a senior data scientist experienced in developing and deploying NLP and machine learning models across the full lifecycle from design through training, evaluation, validation, and implementation. They have hands-on experience with LLMs using open-source tooling, including prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and strong proficiency in Python, SQL, AWS, and modern LLM stacks like LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, VectorDBs, Pytorch, and TensorFlow.
