Senior Backend Engineer on the Webex Persistence Team responsible for building and operating large-scale, cloud-native backend services across Webex Data Centers and AWS with a focus on Python/Java/C and PostgreSQL.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java, C and Python
  • Build and optimize data storage with PostgreSQL
  • Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration
  • Implement infrastructure automation using Ansible
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub
