Senior BI Platform & Enablement Engineer to modernize and optimize analytics platforms, empower developers, and drive enterprise analytics strategy. The role partners with internal teams and external vendors to ensure secure, scalable BI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Drive enterprise insights by administering, configuring, and integrating reporting and analytics technologies
Mentor and train users to maximize analytics adoption
Build partnerships with IT teams managing servers and databases
Design robust infrastructures for growth and security
Evaluate vendor-supplied software and influence IT strategy

The ideal candidate is a senior BI Platform & Enablement Engineer with 5+ years of BI experience, proficient in Tableau, SQL Server (SSIS/SSRS/SSAS), Posit, SAP BusinessObjects, and Sigma. They should be capable of enabling developers through mentoring, training, and best-practice guidance, and able to scale analytics in a cloud-enabled environment.
