About this role
Senior BP&A Analyst role focused on capturing, analyzing, forecasting, and reporting financial and operational data for multiple organizations. The role also supports building Power BI and AI training programs for the BP&A organization and partners with IT and Learning & Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed commercial operational and financial analysis and identify trends/variances
- Assist with divisional business plans, forecasts and expense budgets
- Develop advanced financial models to monitor KPIs and performance versus expectations
- Partner crossfunctionally with IT and Learning & Development to implement learning curricula
- Enhance processes/systems/automation and drive AI innovation across BP&A
Technical Overview
Uses Power BI and/or Tableau to generate dashboards and real-time analytics, and builds advanced financial models with KPI monitoring plus scenario/sensitivity/variance analysis. Requires SAP, Business Warehouse, and Right-Angle experience to support financial modeling and reporting.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior business planning and analysis analyst with 6+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or commercial financial analysis. They can build advanced financial models with strong KPI and variance/scenario analysis and have hands-on experience with SAP plus Business Warehouse and Right-Angle. They also have strong analytics tooling exposure (Power BI and/or Tableau) and interest in AI enablement such as prompt engineering, automation, and workflows/pipelines.
