Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end brand strategy and positioning
- Develop and oversee social media strategy and content calendars
- Oversee creation of Reels, carousels, stories, and short-form videos
- Monitor performance using engagement, reach, and growth metrics
- Lead campaigns including promotions, influencer initiatives, and brand launches/rebrands
Technical Overview
Manages social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business, including content calendars and short-form video formats (Reels, stories, carousels). Uses analytics and engagement/reach/growth metrics to optimize posting schedules and campaign outcomes while coordinating influencer and digital campaign initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a senior-level brand leader with 4–8+ years of experience owning brand strategy across multiple client accounts. They have strong social media oversight experience on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business, with the ability to use content analytics to optimize performance and guide campaign execution.
