About this role
The Senior Business Analyst supports BC Program initiatives by ensuring Business Continuity Plans and Crisis Management Team Plans are current and effective. The role also drives program communications, training, reporting, and metrics and assists with annual BC planning activities alongside leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, refresh and sustain Business Continuity Plans across the BC Lifecycle process
- Coordinate and test Business Continuity Plans annually
- Serve as liaison with business and IT owners to define, develop, maintain and test plans
- Develop program-level communication, training, reporting and metrics
- Lead, develop materials and deliver/present to senior leadership
Technical Overview
The technical scope is governance-style program management for Business Continuity and Crisis Management, including lifecycle-based plan creation, refresh, and testing. It involves analysis to support the BC program and coordination across business and IT owners for plan definition and execution.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior analyst/program professional experienced in maintaining Business Continuity Plans across the BC lifecycle. They partner with business and IT owners, coordinate annual planning and testing, and can create training, program communication, reporting, and metrics for senior leadership.
Must-Have Skills
Createrefresh and sustain Business Continuity Plans throughout all phases of the BC Lifecycle process.Coordinate and test Business Continuity Plans on an annual basis.Develop partnership and act as a liaison with business and IT owners to help definedevelop and maintain and test Business Continuity Plans.Ability to leaddevelop materials and deliver/present to senior leadership.
