About this role
Senior Business Analyst – Data & Reporting is responsible for data analysis and reporting across business units, manages headcount and finance processes, and bridges HR, Finance, and project teams to track metrics and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain operational efficiency across business units by managing vendor relationships, supporting headcount and finance processes, and acting as a bridge between project teams and stakeholders
- Elicit and document business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and process flows
- Develop and maintain data analysis and reporting using Excel, SQL, and Power BI
- Translate analytics into KPIs and actionable insights for stakeholders
- Document and standardize business processes; support ad hoc projects
Technical Overview
Focus on data analysis and visualization with Excel, SQL, and Power BI. Develop KPIs, dashboards, and standardize business processes while coordinating with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and operations.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior level business analyst with 5-7 years in data analysis and reporting, proficient in Excel, SQL, and Power BI, and capable of converting data into KPIs and actionable insights for HR/Finance stakeholders.
