About this role
Senior Business Development Representative responsible for maintaining a robust freight brokerage sales pipeline, pricing strategy, and closing new opportunities in a logistics setting with remote work and travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Vet and maintain a consistent and robust lead pipeline and manage in company CRM
- Develop a target opportunity list in CRM
- Determine appropriate pricing strategy for the client and pricing teams
- Work with assigned CAM to determine client needs and prepare rate proposals
- Close and implement new opportunities
Technical Overview
CRM-driven lead management, pricing coordination with internal teams, and data analysis to support sales efforts; experience with freight brokerage and FTL required.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior freight sales professional with 3+ years in freight brokerage and FTL, proven negotiation and pricing skills, strong CRM usage, and willingness to travel as needed.
