Technical Overview
Scope includes AI/ML and GenAI capabilities, data analytics, and contact center technologies (Amazon Connect, Genesys, Avaya, Nice, Google CCAI). Emphasis on turning data into strategic recommendations and negotiating complex partnerships.
Ideal Candidate
Ideal candidate is a senior growth-focused business development leader with 5+ years in GTM, sales, and data/AI. Must demonstrate ability to craft value propositions for Telecom CX, drive cross-functional programs, and negotiate complex partnerships in contact center ecosystems.
