Senior Business Insights Analyst, Branch Network Distribution

Own the core reporting, analytics, and management information used to measure and manage branch network performance. Build dashboards and semantic models, translate complex data into decision-ready insights for senior leaders, and lead analytical initiatives end to end while mentoring junior staff.

• Design, build, and maintain reporting and dashboards for branch network performance
• Develop performance views across banker, branch, market, and enterprise levels
• Use advanced SQL and Alteryx (or equivalent) to source, cleanse, and prepare analytical datasets
• Build and maintain semantic data models; leverage BI and visualization tools
• Produce executive-ready presentations/memos and mentor/coaching junior analysts

Design and maintain a comprehensive suite of branch network performance dashboards using leading and lagging indicators. Use advanced SQL and Alteryx (or equivalent) to source, cleanse, and prepare datasets, and build semantic data models to enable scalable BI and visualization workflows with automation improvements.

The ideal candidate is a senior business insights/analytics analyst who can build and maintain network performance reporting and dashboards using advanced SQL and Alteryx (or equivalent). They are experienced in semantic data modeling and BI/visualization tooling, and they can communicate decision-ready insights to executive stakeholders while mentoring junior analysts.
