About this role

Build and scale a data monitoring and reporting tool/process for a PremierProRx member compliance program. Deliver monthly member reporting in a visually appealing format and produce key market share and contract uptake reports using wholesaler purchase data.

Key Responsibilities

Build data monitoring and reporting tools/processes for compliance program
Compile, validate, and report data monthly by member
Perform analytics for market share data and contract uptake using wholesaler purchase data
Develop and scale reporting as additional suppliers are added
Present findings and deliverables to pharmacy contracting teams, suppliers, and field force

Technical Overview

Uses Tableau and Excel to perform analytics based on complex data extracts, including data validation and trend analysis. Supports healthcare sourcing/contracting reporting needs and coordinates validated results with Finance for member payout workflows.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior BI/data analyst with 4+ years of experience building reporting and monitoring processes using Tableau and Excel. They have strong financial or operational analytics experience on large datasets, including intermediate-to-advanced Excel formula work, and can validate and deliver monthly compliance and contract performance reporting to stakeholders.
