About this role
This role supports Boston Scientific’s EP (Electrophysiology) products by providing clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP Lab Staff. The specialist also drives sales outcomes by visiting customers, building relationships, and meeting business goals in an assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical product and technical assistance and training during EP case procedures
- Deliver case coverage and basic troubleshooting for EP systems and catheters
- Visit and manage customers in assigned territories to meet sales targets
- Build relationships with hospital personnel and identify key decision makers
- Respond to customer needs and complaints with feasible solutions in collaboration with internal teams
Technical Overview
The technical scope includes case coverage, basic troubleshooting, and supporting EP systems and catheters during hospital procedures. The role involves educating customers on EP technologies such as Pulse Field Ablation technology (Farapulse) and 3D Mapping and Navigation systems.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior clinical sales professional experienced in Electrophysiology (EP) medical device support, who can provide expert clinical product and technical assistance during case procedures. They build strong relationships with physicians and hospital EP Lab Staff, deliver training for safe and effective product use, and provide case coverage including basic troubleshooting in assigned territories.
